Devotional Practice

Step into a Devotional Practice with Brainspotting & Expressive Arts Therapy

Connecting with the Divine

You are invited to embark on a profound spiritual journey and step into a devotional practice that aligns you with the God, Jesus, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Anna (the Grandmother of Jesus), and a host of Ascended Masters, Teachers, Archangels, Guides, and Ancestors. This journey will be facilitated by the powerful technique of Brainspotting, a focused mindfulness practice that serves as a portal to connect with the divine and Expressive Arts Therapy.

What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting is a therapeutic tool that locates spots in your visual field that can help you access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. However, its applications extend beyond trauma therapy. In a spiritual context, Brainspotting can be used to find the precise spot that connects you to Source, Holy Spirits, Ancestors, Angels and Guides which can become nourishment for your devotional practice.

What is Expressive Arts Therapy?

Expressive Arts Therapy is soul work. It is an experiential form of therapy that integrates the arts to foster healing, transformation, and restoration. This dynamic model intentionally incorporates movement, dance, art making, music, poetry, improvisation, storytelling, and theatre into the therapeutic process. It is a sensory-oriented and cognitive approach that invites participants to explore their inner world through creative expression, regardless of artistic skill or background.

The Power of Devotion

Engaging in a devotional practice can lead to a spiritual awakening, offering a transformative experience that enriches your life journey. Devotion to something greater than yourself is not only spiritually rewarding but also has tangible benefits for your mental health. Research by Dr. Lisa Miller, who studied the brain for over a decade, reveals that individuals with a spiritual connection have thicker and stronger brain tissue in areas vulnerable to depression. This suggests that a devotional practice or belief in a higher power may protect against mental health challenges.

The Experience

By using Brainspotting in your spiritual practice, you can:

  • Deepen Your Divine Connection: Discover the portal that bridges you to the divine presence, enhancing your spiritual awareness and connection.
  • Support Mental Well-being: Cultivate a sense of peace and protection against mental health difficulties through a reinforced spiritual connection.
  • Transform Your Life: Allow this practice to reshape your perspective, leading to personal growth and transformation.

By using Expressive Arts Therapy, you can:

  • Process your Spiritual Experience: Through the arts you can give form to your creative expression creating a record of your commune with a Holy Spirit.
  • Integrate and Digest your Spiritual Experience: Artistic and creative expression allows you to reflect on and internalize the messages and experience you had with your Guides, allowing you to deepen, integrate and digest your experience.
  • Embody your Spiritual Experience: The expressive arts can support your spiritual development and help you embody your Souls growth, expansion and evolution.

Invitation to Transform

This invitation is an opportunity to engage in a transformative practice that not only connects you to the divine but also supports your mental and emotional well-being. Embrace this journey with an open heart and mind, allowing the process to unfold and reveal the depth of connection and peace that awaits you.
